Job summary

Investigo is seeking an ambitious Finance Manager to join a high-performing finance team in the UK during a significant growth and transformation phase. You will own month-end close, group consolidation and reporting, and drive improvements across finance processes including supporting ERP implementation.

The ideal candidate is ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with strong technical accounting and reporting experience within a large, complex organisation.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Experience in a large organisation with consolidation and reporting.
• ERP implementation or finance transformation experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end and year-end close processes.
• Lead group consolidation and financial reporting activities.
• Maintain a strong financial control environment and balance sheet integrity.
• Prepare management accounts, reporting packs and statutory reporting requirements.

A leading multi-billion-pound organisation is seeking an ambitious Finance Manager to join its high-performing finance team during a significant period of growth and transformation. This is a broad role with responsibility for financial control, consolidation, reporting and driving improvements across finance processes, including supporting the implementation of a new ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of month-end and year-end close processes.
• Lead group consolidation and financial reporting activities.
• Maintain a strong financial control environment and ensure balance sheet integrity.
• Prepare management accounts, reporting packs and statutory reporting requirements.
• Liaise with senior stakeholders across Finance and the wider business, providing financial insight and supporting key strategic decisions.
• Drive process improvements, automation and standardisation across finance.
• Play a key role in finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation.
• Support internal and external audit processes.

About You

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Ideally trained within a Top 10 accounting firm before moving into industry.
• Strong technical accounting, controls and reporting experience.
• Experience within a large, complex organisation.
• Exposure to group consolidations and financial reporting.
• ERP implementation or finance transformation experience is highly desirable.
• Commercially minded with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
