Job summary

A dynamic finance company in Greater London is seeking an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified finance professional with 2–5 years PQE. You will manage monthly global P&L reporting, lead the month-end close process, and provide financial insights to senior leadership. The Role

You’ll sit at the heart of the finance function, driving accuracy, insight and control across global operations. This is a hands on role with real influence - own reporting, guide decision making and help build processes for a high growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly global P&L reporting with precision and clarity.
• Own month-end close activities, including journals, accruals and reconciliations.
• Deliver sharp financial analysis and commentary on performance vs. budget.
• Act as the key contact for audits, managing external relationships and compliance.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide actionable financial insight.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning aligned with strategy.
• Monitor cost control and margin performance, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Strengthen financial controls and reporting standards across the business.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects for the Head of Finance.

About You

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (2–5 years PQE).
• Proven experience managing multi-entity reporting (UK & US preferred) within an SME environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (Xero, Google Workspace).
• Shopify experience is a great bonus
• Scale-up mindset with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
