Tenzing Search Ltd is seeking a Finance Manager to lead core financial reporting and drive automation within a fast-growing technology-led business. You will oversee month-end close, enhance reporting packs, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver insightful financial analysis.

Ideal candidates are ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with strong month-end experience, advanced Excel skills, and exposure to NetSuite, US GAAP, and SOX.

Qualificações

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Strong month-end and financial reporting experience.
• Experience in high-growth tech/SaaS environments.
• ERP experience with NetSuite and US GAAP/SOX exposure.

The role also takes in treasury, ownership of how and where the business spends its

money, and the lead on an Accounts Payable project across all of our entities. There is lots

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the Month-End: You will command the full cycle of the month-end close,

from reconciling fixed assets to managing accruals and prepayments, ensuring

accuracy and timeliness.

• Drive Automation & Innovation: Act as a key agent for change by identifying and

implementing initiatives to automate reporting, streamline data gathering, and

enhance financial processes with a tech-first mindset.

• Be a Strategic Partner: Build strong relationships across the business, transforming

raw data into insightful analysis and providing business units with the financial

guidance they need to succeed.

• Safeguard Our Integrity: Serve as a primary contact for external auditors and

advisors, ensuring all financial information is transparent, accurate, and readily

available.

• Optimise Tax & Compliance: Help manage and optimise the company's global tax

strategy, ensuring full compliance and working alongside external advisors on all

necessary filings.

• Lead Treasury: Take ownership of the treasury function, including cash

management, cash flow forecasting and liquidity reporting.

• Own the Spend: Get under the skin of how and where the business is spending

money, producing clear spend reporting and identifying opportunities to save

money moving forward.

• Partner with Budget Holders: Work closely with budget holders to manage

campaigns and costs, delivering cost reporting and forecasting that keeps spend

on track.

• Transform Accounts Payable: Lead an AP project across all entities in the business,

building consistent, scalable and well-controlled processes.

What You’ll Bring:

• A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).

• Proven experience in a relevant accounting role, with a strong grasp of end-to-end

• A track record of successfully automating and improving processes through system

• Advanced Excel capabilities and experience preparing comprehensive reporting

packs with modern reporting tools.

• Confidence partnering with budget holders on spend, cost reporting and

forecasting.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure in a

fast-paced environment.

• Ambition and drive, with a desire to take ownership and grow alongside a

high-growth business.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Industry experience within a high-growth tech or SaaS company.

• Exposure to US GAAP and SOX compliance.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems like NetSuite.

• A history of creating a highly efficient, best-in-class month-end process.
