Responsibilities

• Assist Finance Director to ensure the finance function operates effectively and provides clear commercial support to the wider business.

• Lead budgeting, cost control and financial reporting activities with a focus on value creation.
• Develop and coach a high-performing finance team with strong stakeholder engagement across functions.

Our client, a leading UK housebuilder, is seeking to recruit a commercially‑minded finance leader to support the Regional FD and MD, and play a key role in running a high-performing finance function.
