Qualifications

• Recognised accounting qualification with 3+ years post-qualified experience in industry.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent commercial judgement with the confidence to challenge constructively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into useful insight.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, cost control and financial reporting.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders across finance and non-finance functions.
• Proactive, resilient and decisive approach.
• Strong attention to detail, balanced with the ability to see the bigger commercial picture.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organisation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Finance Director to ensure the finance function operates effectively and provides clear commercial support to the wider business.
• Partner with regional leadership to drive planning, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Lead budgeting, cost control and financial reporting activities with a focus on value creation.
• Develop and coach a high-performing finance team with strong stakeholder engagement across functions.
