Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a Finance Director or senior finance leadership position.
• Experience operating within a group structure and managing group reporting requirements.
• Strong background in a project-based, contract-led, engineering, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing or similar environment.
• Commercially focused with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with CEOs and executive leadership teams.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial activities for the UK business.

Finance Director - The Role

Reporting to both the UK CEO and Group Finance leadership, the Finance Director will lead all financial activities across the UK business. As a key member of the leadership team, you will provide strategic financial guidance, support commercial decision-making, and ensure the delivery of accurate financial reporting. The role combines strategic influence with operational leadership, requiring a proactive individual who can drive performance, improve processes, and support long-term business growth.
