SF Partners is recruiting a Commercial Finance Lead in Birmingham to shape growth. You will partner with senior leadership, turn data into insights, and drive forward-looking profitability in a highly automated environment.

A strong finance background and ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification are essential. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and model development while guiding strategic investment and cash planning for expansion.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Strong background in commercial finance, FP&A or finance business partnering.
• Confident translating financial analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong forecasting and financial modelling skills.
• Comfortable challenging assumptions and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, commercially curious and able to work effectively in a fast-moving business.

SF Partners are delighted to be recruiting a Commercial Finance Lead on behalf of a rapidly growing business based in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional to help shape the next phase of growth.

With established systems and a high level of automation already in place, the business is looking for someone who can bring a forward-thinking approach to finance. Working closely with senior leadership, you will turn financial data into meaningful insight, identify opportunities, and provide the challenge and recommendations needed to support profitable growth.
