Qualifications

• 3-6 years' PQE in finance law
• Experience in asset-based lending and receivables financing
• Exposure to bilateral facilities, syndicated and cross-border financings

Responsibilities

• Focus on asset-based lending and receivables financing for lender and borrower clients
• Work with lenders and borrowers and colleagues across the firm's UK and international finance network
• Help expand the finance practice with exposure to acquisition, real estate and other finance areas
