Pinsent Masons is seeking a Finance Lawyer (3-6 PQE) to join our market-leading Finance team in Manchester, Birmingham or Edinburgh, with a focus on asset-based lending and receivables financing.

You will advise on bilateral facilities, large syndicated financings and cross-border transactions, working with leading banks and corporate borrowers. This role offers exposure to high-profile deals and strong client relationships, with clear progression within a nationally recognised practice.

Qualifications

• Finance lawyer with 3-6 years PQE.

Responsibilities

• Bring your finance expertise, commercial judgement and client-focused approach to a team trusted by leading financial institutions and corporate borrowers.
• Advising lenders and borrowers on asset-based lending facilities and receivables financing.
• Supporting complex financing arrangements, including bilateral and syndicated transactions, cross-border financings and structured lending.
• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing key financing documentation and ancillary transaction documents.
• Collaborating with UK and international Finance teams to deliver integrated advice.
• Building strong client relationships and understanding clients’ objectives.
• Supporting business development and growth of our Finance practice.
