Halliford Partners, an international law firm, seeks Banking & Finance lawyers to join their team in Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham. You will work on corporate lending, leveraged finance and real estate finance across regional, national and international transactions.

The role involves supporting partners, mentoring junior lawyers and leading negotiations of key finance documents. The team emphasizes high-quality work, technical excellence and a collaborative culture that supports development

Qualificações

• Experience in banking transactions and financing work.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

What you’ll do

• Working across a broad range of banking transactions, including corporate lending, leveraged finance and real estate finance
• Working on a mix of regional, national and international transactions
• Supporting partners on complex matters whilst supervising and developing junior lawyers
• Drafting and leading on the negotiation of principal finance documents.
• Playing a key role in transaction management, helping to drive deals forward efficiently and collaboratively
• Starting to build meaningful client relationships and support business development initiatives, contributing to the continued growth of the team
• Collaborating closely within a high-performing team and the wider national practice
