Job summary

Pinsent Masons is seeking a Finance Lawyer (3-6 years PQE) to join our market-leading team in Manchester, Birmingham or Edinburgh. You will advise on sophisticated financing transactions, ranging from bilateral facilities to large syndicated and cross-border financings, across lenders, investors, and borrowers.

Qualifications

• Finance lawyer with 3–6 years PQE.
• Experience advising lenders and borrowers on financing transactions.
• Experience handling asset-based lending facilities and receivables financing.

Responsibilities

• Advise lenders and borrowers on finance transactions across product areas (asset-based lending, real estate, corporate lending, securitisation, debt capital markets).
• Draft, negotiate and review financing documentation and ancillary documents.
• Collaborate with UK and international teams to deliver integrated, commercially focused advice.
• Build strong client relationships and understand clients' financing objectives.
• Support business development and growth of the Finance practice.
