Job summary

Pinsent Masons is seeking a Finance Lawyer (3–6 years PQE) to join our market-leading team in Manchester or Birmingham. You will advise on a broad range of finance transactions, focusing on asset-based lending and receivables financing for a diverse client base including banks, lenders and corporates.

You will work with partners across UK and International Finance practice and help deliver complex, high-value financings while developing deep client relationships and market connections.

Qualifications

• Advising lenders and borrowers on a broad range of finance transactions, with a focus on asset-based lending facilities and receivables financing.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing key financing documentation and ancillary documents.
• Advising on complex bilateral, syndicated and cross-border financings across multiple product areas.
• Building client relationships, understanding commercial objectives and financing needs.
• Supporting business development and growth of the Finance practice.
