Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with strong Finance/ABL experience.
• Experience handling cross-border, multi-jurisdictional transactions is desirable.
• Strong technical skills in finance and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Work on a broad range of Finance transactions with emphasis on ABL.
• Represent lenders and borrowers in complex ABL deals.
• Draft finance documents: credit and intercreditor agreements, security documents.
• Support business development and client growth in UK/London networks.
