DLA Piper is seeking an experienced Senior Associate in Manchester to join the Global Finance Group, focusing on Asset Based Lending. You will advise lenders and borrowers, draft credit and security documents, and play a key role in cross-border mandates with a dynamic team across the UK.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with strong Finance/ABL experience.
• Experience handling cross-border, multi-jurisdictional transactions is desirable.
• Strong technical skills in finance and related documents.

Responsabilités

• Work on a broad range of Finance transactions with emphasis on ABL.
• Represent lenders and borrowers in complex ABL deals.
• Draft finance documents: credit and intercreditor agreements, security documents.
• Support business development and client growth in UK/London networks.
