Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent).
• 1–6 years PQE ideally gained at a top-tier UK or international law firm.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise lenders, borrowers, and sponsors on leveraged and acquisition finance transactions.
• Draft and negotiate complex finance documentation including facility agreements, intercreditor agreements, and security packages.
• Support clients through all stages of the deal lifecycle, from structuring and term sheet negotiation to closing and post-closing matters.
• Coordinate with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions to deliver cross-border advice.
• Stay up to date with market trends and regulatory developments affecting leveraged finance.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.
