Job summary

ADP is offering a 12-month paid Finance Internship starting August 2027 in our Staines office. The program is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, aimed at ambitious undergraduates seeking practical finance experience.

You will gain exposure to Financial Reporting, Financial Accounts, and policies, while supporting the FP&A team and audit activities. Commuting to Staines is required within a reasonable distance.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interest in Finance/Accounting.
• Willing to learn and have a positive attitude.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate in Finance, Business Management, Accounting, or Maths.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly reports and reviewing financial performance.
• Support FP&A team during Forecast/Budget processes.
• Review and analyse financial data to build historic trends.
• Participate in meetings with external auditors and tax advisers.
• Assist with the annual audit and month-end tasks.
• Post journals and gain experience with an ERP system (Oracle).
• Prepare sound balance sheet reconciliations and support UK entities.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

THINGS YOU'LL DO:
