Job summary

ADP is offering a 12-month paid Finance internship starting August 2027 for undergraduates seeking hands-on experience in Finance and Accounting. Location is our Staines office with hybrid work: 3 days in office and 2 from home.

You will gain exposure to Financial Reporting, Financial Accounts, and related policies while receiving mentorship and a competitive wage. Commutable distance to Staines is required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate in Finance, Business Management, Accounting or Maths.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive with good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly reports and reviewing financial performance.
• Support FP&A activities through Forecast/Budget processes.
• Review and analyse financial data to build historic trends.
• Participate in meetings with external auditors and tax advisers.
• Post journals and work with Oracle ERP system.
