Starting Salary: £32,500 (increasing by £4,000 per year for 3 years, then up to £55,000 upon scheme completion, subject to CIMA progression and performance)

What you’ll do

The scheme lasts 3 years, supporting your CIMA qualification through three 1-year rotations across different finance teams, gaining exposure to various business areas. Your rotations may include:

• Commercial Finance
• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Commercial Operations
• Financial Control
• Accounting Centre of Excellence

Expectations During and After the Scheme
