Our finance graduate programme aims to develop future finance leaders. We seek enthusiastic and ambitious graduates with adaptability to join our finance team. Participants will gain exposure to operational finance, with opportunities to understand other departments, fostering a comprehensive view of our business and the strategic role of finance. This experience supports understanding of the build life cycle, support functions, and Taylor Wimpey's successful business model.
The scheme offers a pathway for career development within a FTSE 100 company, alongside training for professional finance qualifications such as ACA or ACCA. Participants will acquire essential skills, technical knowledge, and operational understanding necessary for success in finance.
Participants will rotate across various Business Units (BUs) within their division, enhancing project exposure and strategic understanding. Additionally, time spent within our Group Central Function will enable collaboration with senior professionals and mentorship opportunities.
Our tailored development scheme emphasizes holistic growth, including leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, preparing participants to meet future challenges.
