Our finance graduate programme is designed to create a pipeline of future finance leaders. We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious graduates with the ability to adapt, to join the finance team. You will gain exposure to key areas of operational finance and an introduction to other departments, helping you understand our entire business and the role of finance within it. This experience will give you a full appreciation of the build life cycle, support functions, and how Taylor Wimpey operates one of the most successful business models in the industry.
The scheme offers a great opportunity for those wanting to develop their career in a FTSE 100 company while training towards professional finance qualifications. You will learn essential skills, attributes, and gain technical and operational understanding to succeed as a finance professional. We will support your professional development and enable you to study towards either ACA or ACCA qualifications.
Participants will rotate across various Business Units within your division, maximizing exposure to diverse projects and enhancing understanding of operations and strategic goals.
Additionally, you will spend time within our Group Central Function, collaborating with senior team members for mentorship and insights.
You will also be enrolled in our tailored development scheme, focusing on holistic professional growth, including leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
This comprehensive approach ensures you will have a robust understanding of our company’s inner workings and be well-prepared to contribute to Taylor Wimpey’s success.
