Outside IR35
6-12 months contract

Looking for a part-time Admin/Finance candidate for the company that delivers advanced optical security solutions that detect and neutralise hidden surveillance threats. They are trusted by government, defence, and corporate sectors, it ensures stronger situational awareness and operational integrity.

Manage day-to-day invoicing and purchasing activities using Xero accounting software. Oversee VAT tracking, ensuring compliance and timely submissions. Coordinate travel and hotel bookings for contractors and team members. Provide general administrative support, ensuring smooth operational organisation.

SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software.
  • Experience in Invoicing.
