An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Revenues Officer to join their Local Government Services team. We are looking for an experienced administrator or customer service advisor to join us as a Revenues Officer. Working from home but as part of a wider friendly and supportive team, you will provide administrative support to the council and their residents to ensure that their systems are kept up to date with the most accurate information and their residents are receiving the best possible service
This role will provide the right person with scope to learn and progress whilst also allowing them to apply their skills in a rewarding and interesting setting. What you'll be doing:

Our world class Local Government Services team supports local councils to improve outcomes and focus on what matters in their communities. Managing tax and other revenue collection, benefits payments, building control support, IT networks, accounting and much more - we make it easier for council teams to concentrate on front line services.
Utilizing your Revenues knowledge, you will champion learning and development within our back offices, ensuring all aspects of employee development from new starter and upskill training through to ongoing support development.
