Job Description:

We’re working exclusively with this well-established real estate investor who has recently secured significant funding, leading to substantial growth opportunities!

This role has been created as a direct result of this growth and offers an exciting opportunity to join a business expected to expand rapidly over the next 24 months and beyond.

You will need experience in property/real estate investment funds, as you will be responsible for establishing several new fund structures from both a financial and operational perspective.

• Partner with the MD and CEO to establish several new institutional funds
• Lead the structuring of these funds and appoint appropriate third-party providers
• Implement best practices in finance, including FP&A, financial reporting, and tax
• Utilize technology to enhance commercial and performance reporting capabilities
• Lead and develop an existing team, increasing its size as needed
• Manage external banking relationships and lead funding initiatives as the business grows
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
• Lead strategic growth initiatives, including outsourcing, operational structuring, and team development for scalable growth

Essential Experience Needed:

• Proven experience as a Finance Director
