Job Description:

We’re working exclusively with this well-established Real Estate investor who has recently secured significant funding, leading to substantial growth opportunities!

This role has been created due to this growth and offers an exciting chance to join a rapidly expanding business over the next 24 months and beyond.

You will need experience in property / real estate investment funds to establish new fund structures from a financial and operational perspective.

• Partner with the MD and CEO to establish several new institutional funds
• Lead the structuring of these funds and appoint third-party providers
• Implement a best-in-class finance function including FP&A, financial reporting, and tax
• Utilize technology to enhance reporting and performance capabilities
• Lead and develop an existing team, increasing team size as needed
• Manage external banking relationships and funding requirements as the business grows
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
• Lead strategic growth initiatives, including outsourcing and operational structuring

Essential Experience Needed:
