Job Description:

We’re working exclusively with this well-established real estate investor who has recently secured significant funding, leading to substantial growth opportunities.

This role has been created as a direct result of this expansion and offers an exciting chance to join a rapidly growing business over the next 24 months and beyond.

You will need experience in property/real estate investment funds, as we require someone to establish several new fund structures from both a financial and operational perspective.

• Partner with the MD and CEO in establishing new institutional funds
• Lead the structuring of these funds and appoint appropriate third-party providers
• Implement a best-in-class finance function, including FP&A, financial reporting, and tax
• Utilize technology to enhance commercial and performance reporting capabilities
• Lead and develop an existing team, increasing team size as needed
• Manage external banking relationships and lead funding initiatives as the business expands
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
• As the business scales, lead strategic growth initiatives, including outsourcing, operational structuring, and building a team 'fit for growth'

Essential Experience Needed:

• Demonstrable experience as a Finance Director
