Job Description:

We’re working exclusively with this well-established Real Estate investor who has recently secured significant funding, leading to substantial growth opportunities!

This role has been created as a direct result of this funding and offers an exciting chance to join a rapidly growing business over the next 24 months and beyond.

You’ll need experience in property / real estate investment funds, as we require someone to establish several new fund structures from both financial and operational perspectives.

• Partner with the MD and CEO to establish several new institutional funds
• Lead the structuring of these funds and appoint appropriate third-party providers
• Implement best practices in finance functions, including FP&A, financial reporting, and tax
• Leverage technology to enhance commercial and performance reporting capabilities
• Lead and develop an existing team, increasing team size as needed
• Manage external banking relationships and lead funding initiatives as the business expands
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
• As the business scales, lead strategic growth initiatives such as outsourcing, operational restructuring, and team development

Essential Experience Needed:

• Proven experience as a Finance Director
• Fully qualified accountant with expertise in real estate fund management

• Passion for building a successful business
• Confidence combined with humility
