Job Description:

We’re working exclusively with this well-established real estate investor who has recently secured significant funding, leading to substantial growth opportunities!

This role has been created as a direct result of this growth and offers an exciting chance to join a rapidly expanding business over the next 24 months and beyond.

You will need experience in property / real estate investment funds, as we require someone to establish several new fund structures from both financial and operational perspectives.

• Partner with the MD and CEO to establish multiple new institutional funds
• Lead the structuring of these funds and appoint suitable third-party providers
• Implement best practices in finance functions, including FP&A, financial reporting, and tax
• Leverage technology to improve commercial and performance reporting capabilities
• Lead and develop an existing team, increasing its size
• Manage external banking relationships and oversee funding requirements as the business scales
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
• Drive strategic growth initiatives such as outsourcing, operational structuring, and team development for scalability

Essential Experience Needed:

• Proven experience as a Finance Director
• Fully qualified accountant with expertise in real estate fund management
