Job Description:

We’re working exclusively with this well-established Real Estate investor who has recently secured significant funding, so growth is a primary focus!

This role has been created as a direct result of this funding and presents an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing business over the next 24 months and beyond.

You’ll need experience in property / real estate investment funds, as we require someone to establish several new fund structures from both a financial and operational perspective.

• Partner with the MD and CEO to establish several new institutional funds
• Lead the structuring of these funds and appoint appropriate third parties
• Implement a best-in-practice finance function, including FP&A, financial reporting, and tax
• Utilize technology to enhance commercial and performance reporting capabilities
• Lead and develop an existing team, increasing team size as needed
• Manage external banking relationships and lead funding requirements as the business expands
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
• Lead strategic growth initiatives such as outsourcing, operational structuring, and team development for scalability

Essential Experience Needed:

• Proven experience as a Finance Director
• Fully qualified accountant with experience in real estate fund management
