Job summary

IPS Group Limited is seeking an ambitious, qualified accountant to take ownership of the finance function and progress toward the role of Financial Director. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day finance operations and act as the main contact for investors and lenders.

You'll lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow across a growing portfolio of developments, while strengthening controls and reporting. This is a senior role reporting to the management team at Harrogate.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with industry or practice experience.
• Experience in consolidations across multiple SPVs and group reporting.
• Strong cash flow forecasting and funding proposal skills.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the finance function.
• Prepare management accounts, budgets and cash flow projections.
• Lead cash flow forecasting for developments.
• Oversee group consolidation and reporting across SPVs.
• Manage relationships with banks, lenders and investors.
• Support funding proposals and development finance.
