Michael Page is seeking a Finance Director to lead the finance function in a growing, investor-backed UK business. The role partners with the MD to drive performance, improve commercial insight and support the next phase of growth.

You will lead reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management, while strengthening controls and business partnering with operational teams. A high-calibre candidate with ACA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent is required and will have a pragmatic, hands-on leadership

• Provide commercial insight and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Deliver robust budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management processes.
• Improve financial controls, reporting capability and management information.
• Partner closely with operational and commercial teams to drive business performance.
• Lead finance systems and process improvement initiatives.
• Oversee inventory, margin and working capital performance.
• Support growth projects, including potential acquisition activity.
• Act as trusted adviser to senior stakeholders and the leadership team.
