Job summary

Gamma Communications plc is seeking a Finance Director for Gamma Enterprise to lead the finance strategy, business partnering and performance management across cloud, connectivity and managed services. You will partner with the GE CEO and UK CFO to drive growth, improve profitability and ensure robust financial controls.

You will own budgets, forecasts and monthly reporting, oversee audits, and steer transformation initiatives with the enterprise leadership team.

Qualifications

Qualified accountant with substantial post-qualification experience.
Experience as a senior commercial finance leader in a complex organisation.
Experience in B2B technology, telecoms, managed services or public-sector contracting is strongly preferred.
Proven ownership of a material P&L, including planning, reporting, cash and controls.
Ability to lead, develop and retain high-performing finance teams.

Responsibilities

Act as the principal finance adviser to the GE CEO and Enterprise leadership team, shaping strategy and plans.
Provide forward-looking financial insight and challenge to commercial, sales, product, operational and technology leaders.
Own budgets, forecasts, medium-term plans and monthly performance reporting for GE.
Take ownership of Gamma Enterprise income statement and balance sheet with timely Group reporting.
Drive disciplined cost management, working-capital performance and capital allocation.
Lead the finance integration of acquisitions and manage post‑investment review.
Lead, coach and develop the Enterprise finance team.
