Job summary

Gamma, a leading provider of voice, data and mobile solutions in the UK, seeks a Finance Director for Gamma Enterprise. You will shape strategy, lead budgeting and forecasting, and partner with the GE CEO and UK CFO to drive growth and profitability.

As a senior finance leader in a PE-backed, complex organisation, you will own the P&L and balance sheet, oversee external reporting, and lead high-impact financial transformations using D365 and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with substantial post-qualification experience.
• Experience in B2B technology, telecoms, managed services or public-sector contracting is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record as a senior commercial finance leader / divisional Finance Director or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel capability; experience with D365, Power BI and SQL is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal finance adviser to the GE CEO and Enterprise leadership team, shaping strategy and long-range plans.
• Provide clear, forward-looking financial insight and challenge to commercial, sales, product, operational and technology leaders.
• Own budgets, forecasts, medium-term plans and monthly performance reporting.
• Lead the enterprise income statement and balance sheet, ensuring timely reporting to Group.
• Partner with Sales and the deal team on complex commercial propositions and bids.
