Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to deliver accurate reporting, drive continuous improvement, and support business performance within the Record to Report Team.

The role involves analysing financial and operational data, identifying trends, and presenting insights to shape decision-making across the business, while collaborating with multiple teams to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• Produce accurate and timely financial and operational reporting, MI, and KPI analysis.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance improvements.
• Extract, validate, reconcile, and investigate data from multiple systems.
• Present findings with clear analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong Excel skills and present data to stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and customer service.

Responsibilities
