Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Lead Finance Analyst within our Finance Shared Services team in the UK. The role oversees all reporting from the Finance Analyst team, developing new dashboards and analytical tools while driving efficiency and data quality.

You will coach Analysts, manage deadlines, and build stakeholder relationships to support business decisions. We value professional accounting qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), advanced Excel, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Advanced Excel and the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Proven team management experience (minimum 3 years).
• Track record of delivering process improvements that enhance efficiency or reporting quality.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive and flexible approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduled reporting produced by Finance Analyst team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and insight.
• Develop new reporting frameworks, dashboards and analytical tools.
• Lead continuous improvement roadmap for the team.
• Coach and develop Finance Analysts to reach potential.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting quality.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to meet evolving business needs.
• Produce periodic and ad-hoc reporting and analysis for senior management.
• Promote innovation and collaboration across the team.
