Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK is seeking a Lead Finance Analyst to join our Finance Shared Services team in a newly created role that strengthens the quality and impact of financial reporting.

You will lead the delivery and enhancement of reporting across the shared services, develop dashboards, and coach Finance Analysts to improve efficiency and accuracy. This role requires strong Excel skills, ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification, and proven leadership experience.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification is required.
• Advanced Excel and ability to present complex data clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• 3+ years of proven team management experience.
• Track record of delivering process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy or reporting quality.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Proactive, flexible approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery, maintenance and enhancement of financial and KPI reporting across Finance Shared Services.
• Oversee the reporting schedule for the Finance Analyst team, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Develop insightful dashboards, reports and analytical outputs to drive business performance.
• Own and deliver the team's continuous improvement roadmap.Coordinate initiatives to a high standard.
• Coach and develop Finance Analysts to reach their potential.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting accuracy.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to meet evolving business needs.
• Produce periodic and ad-hoc reporting and analysis for senior management and internal stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
