Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to drive profitability and guest value across 65 parks. You will translate trading data into actionable insights, support budgeting and forecasting, and partner with Regional Directors to shape financial outcomes.

The role requires a qualified accountant with strong analytics, communication skills, and the ability to operate across multi-site operations. Limited travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with several years post‑qualification experience.
• Experience within leisure, hospitality or multi‑site operations is preferred.
• Strong financial analysis capabilities and the ability to translate data into actions.
• Experience providing insight in complex businesses with multiple sites and income streams.
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting is essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to challenge constructively.
• Capability to link operational drivers to financial outcomes.
• Proficiency in PowerBI and advanced Excel.
• Willingness to travel to support regions when required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner to parks and Regional Directors, translating financial data into actionable insight.
• Input into ROI analyses and park level analysis when required.
• Support business planning through robust financial analysis and modelling.
• Analyse anomalies in accounts with central teams and parks to inform forecasting.
• Monitor KPIs and benchmarking across parks and build dashboards.
• Provide month end analysis on key focuses for Regional Directors with data-driven insight.
• Create rolling reforecast at park level for key cost areas using trading trends and operational insight.
• Support park budgeting with phasing and targets; provide feedback to the commercial finance team.
• Proactively support strategic decision-making with insight, data and commercial thinking.
