Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Lead Finance Analyst to join our Finance Shared Services team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality financial and KPI reporting, developing dashboards and driving continuous improvement across the function.

You will coach Finance Analysts, manage reporting schedules, and partner with stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely insights that support business decisions. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment within the UK's largest holiday park operator.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to present complex data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery, maintenance and enhancement of financial and KPI reporting across Finance Shared Services.
• Oversee the reporting schedule for the Finance Analyst team, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Develop insightful dashboards, reports and analytical outputs that drive business performance.
• Own and deliver the team's continuous improvement roadmap and coordinate initiatives.
• Support, coach and develop Finance Analysts to reach their potential.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual effort and improve reporting accuracy.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure reporting meets evolving needs.
• Produce periodic and ad-hoc reporting and analysis for senior management and internal stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
