Job summary

Monzo is seeking a curious, adaptive Finance Data Manager to join the FP&A team. You will translate financial requirements into scalable data assets, work with analytics engineers, and build downstream reporting to empower decision-making.

You will automate reporting, deliver insights, and partner with stakeholders across the business in a hybrid London/UK setup, with a learning budget and home-office support provided.

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in SQL and Python; experience with generative AI for data asset creation.
• Strong financial understanding, analytics mindset, and ability to translate numbers into actions.
• Experience building scalable data assets and reporting for business partners.
• Familiarity with Looker or similar BI tools and Anaplan is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
