Monzo is seeking a Data Science Manager in London or UK remote to lead a team of Data Scientists and related data professionals. You will combine people leadership with strategic data leadership and work closely with senior stakeholders.

You'll partner with Product and Engineering to ensure data informs decisions, set direction, and turn insights into product changes. The role emphasizes rigorous analytics, experimentation and machine learning, with UK-wide remote options and visa/relocation

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing and developing Data Scientists.
• Strong strategic data leadership and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience partnering with senior executives across functions.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-growing org.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with ability to select appropriate methods.
