Job summary

Monzo is seeking an FP&A Data & Analytics Manager to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. You will focus on data analysis, AI-powered tooling, and building scalable data solutions to drive high-impact decisions across the business.

You’ll translate FP&A needs into downstream reporting, collaborate with Finance Data and Analytics Engineering on core pipelines, and deliver management information with actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have strong SQL skills and ideally Python for data analysis.
• Experience using generative AI to accelerate analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker and data modeling with Anaplan is a plus.
