Job summary

Monzo is seeking an FP&A Data & Analytics Manager to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. You’ll translate complex FP&A data into clear commercial insights and build scalable data tools using AI to drive high-impact decisions.

You’ll partner with Finance Data and Analytics Engineering, own reporting, and automate processes while collaborating with stakeholders across the business in a hybrid role with UK-wide operations.

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in SQL and Python; experience with generative AI to accelerate analysis, prototyping and automation.
• Experience building scalable data tools and reporting for FP&A contexts.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and P&L knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translating FP&A/commercial requirements, prototyping and building downstream reporting/automation, partnering with Finance Data/Analytics Engineering on core pipelines and shared data assets.
• Preparing management information, delivering actionable insights, and building data solutions to help business partners achieve their goals.
• Automating financial reporting processes and proactively spotting opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiencies across Monzo.
• Working independently, taking the initiative, and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the business.
