Job summary

You will join a growing financial services business in a pivotal Financial Controller role, offering direct exposure to the senior leadership team and ownership of the finance function. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll lead financial control, reporting, forecasting and multi-entity finance operations while developing systems, processes and the team to support growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with practice training and financial services experience.
• Experience leading core finance functions within a multi-entity environment.
• Strong financial control and technical accounting; lending or asset-backed exposure advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial control and reporting, including year-end and interim audits, technical accounting and statutory obligations.
• Own reporting to banks, funders and other stakeholders, including covenant compliance, financial statements and performance reporting.
• Lead cash management, finance operations, budgeting and forecasting across a multi-entity environment.
• Develop finance systems, controls and automation while managing the finance team and supporting the CFO on strategic initiatives.
