Reporting directly to the CFO, this hands-on leadership role covers financial control, group reporting, treasury oversight and finance function development.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with group financial controller experience.
• Strong experience in multi-entity consolidations and statutory reporting.
• Proven ability to lead core finance operations and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance across a multi-entity group with robust controls.
• Own month-end and year-end close and consolidated reporting.
• Oversee intercompany accounting, balance sheet integrity and treasury.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and tax compliance.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen reporting frameworks.
• Oversee payroll and wider finance operations.
• Partner with the CFO on strategic decisions and transformation.
• Develop and mentor the finance team.
