Job summary

Lloyd Barnes Recruitment is seeking a proactive Financial Controller to join a fast-growing business in a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days at home). You will own day-to-day financial operations, maintain robust controls and deliver timely monthly management reporting while partnering with senior leaders to drive performance and growth.

The ideal candidate has ACA/ACCA/CIMA and 3+ years PQE, with hands-on leadership in a multi-site or product-led SME environment.

Qualifications

Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing business, is looking to appoint a proactive Financial Controller to join their leadership team on a full-time, permanent basis. This opportunity offers hybrid working arrangements of 3 days office-based, 2 days work from hom per week.

As the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the company’s day-to-day financial operations, ensuring robust controls, accurate reporting, and efficient processes are maintained. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide valuable commercial insight, support informed decision-making, and play a key role in improving systems and driving the continued development of the finance function.

• Experience within a multi-site or product-led environment would be highly advantageous.
• Strong Excel modelling, analytical, and management reporting capabilities.
