Jacob Grey Recruitment is exclusively partnered with a Woking-based manufacturing SME to appoint a Financial Controller/Head of Finance. This is an excellent opportunity to have a big impact on a growing business heading into its next phase.

Reporting to the MD and CFO, you will run the finance department, deliver timely reporting, manage a team of three, and own multi-entity consolidation (£20m T/O). You will build long-range forecasts, strengthen internal controls, and partner with senior

Qualificações

• Qualified Accountant ACCA/CIMA/ACA with exemplary track record.
• Experience leading a finance team and managing multi-entity finance.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with business partnering skills.

Responsabilidades

• Run day-to-day finance operations and manage the finance department.
• Lead a team of three people.
• Consolidate monthly management accounts and report to the Board with variance analysis.
• Oversee statutory year-end accounting and liaise with auditors.
• Prepare annual budgeting and cashflow forecasting.
• Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Build dynamic forecasting models (3- to 5-year plans).
• Oversee AP, AR and credit control; strengthen internal controls.
• Liaise with banks and external bodies; lead ad hoc projects (new sites, costing, pricing).
• Partner with senior leaders on budgets, projects and cost optimization; FP&A activity.
