The Best Connection in Bromsgrove is seeking a Financial Controller to lead a sizeable finance function, reporting to the CFO. You will own monthly management accounts, deliver commercial insights, and drive budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.

You will manage over 20 finance professionals, build partnerships with operational teams, deliver improvements, governance, and oversee systems implementation. This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded finance leader.

Formación

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with finance leadership experience.
• Experience leading sizeable finance teams.
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting expertise.
• Ability to translate financial data into commercial insight.
• Excellent systems knowledge and process improvement experience.
• Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities.
