SF Partners are recruiting a Financial Controller to own the day-to-day finance function in Coventry. You will lead the finance team, manage cash, run monthly management accounts, and collaborate with operational managers to drive profitability and reporting accuracy.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasts and balance sheet control, while coordinating year-end and regulatory compliance. Strong Excel and ERP skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Strong financial accounting and management reporting experience.
• Proven track record leading a finance team and driving performance.
• Experience with budgeting, cash forecasting, audit and financial controls.

• Lead and develop the finance team across accounting, payroll and transactional finance.
• Oversee cash management, working capital and credit control.
• Deliver monthly management accounts with commentary on performance and variances.
• Coordinate budgets and forecasts, challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities.
• Maintain balance sheet controls and timely reconciliations.
• Support year-end, external audit and statutory reporting.
• Ensure compliance with tax, VAT and regulatory obligations.
• Improve finance workflows, reporting tools and ERP processes.
