Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Business, Finance and Change Lead based in St Helens to drive strategic transformation across a charitable organisation. You’ll lead change initiatives, oversee system enhancements, and ensure adoption and benefits are realised through robust change management and training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading business change, transformation, and organisational improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting or delivering system implementations, upgrades, migrations, or technology-enabled change programmes.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles and business readiness activities.
• Experience coordinating or leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business testing activities.
• Experience designing and delivering training and stakeholder engagement programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business change activities across a portfolio of transformation and improvement programmes.
• Support the delivery of system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Assess the business impact of change and develop plans to support successful adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map current processes and identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, and automation.
• Develop and deliver change management strategies, communications, and engagement activities.
• Coordinate business readiness activities to prepare teams for new systems, processes, and ways of working.
• Support User Acceptance Testing to ensure requirements are met and solutions are fit for purpose before go-live.
• Work with subject matter experts to develop test scenarios and manage testing activities.
