Job summary

Michael Page International Recruitment Limited, Birmingham, is seeking an Interim Head of Finance Transformation to lead a major programme of finance transformation. You will steer the initiative to streamline processes and ensure alignment with strategic goals while working in a dynamic business services environment.

You will review current finance processes, implement new systems, and mentor the finance team to deliver cost savings and compliance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in leading finance transformation projects.
Strong background in accounting and finance within the business services sector.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Knowledge of financial systems and process optimisation.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a temporary capacity.

Responsibilities
