Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a People and Change Lead for a major transformation programme in central London. This senior role will advise programme and executive stakeholders, ensuring people impacts and workforce design are integrated into decision-making.

You will work with senior leaders to define the operating model, manage change processes with unions, and support the leadership through transition while coordinating HR learning, reward and workforce planning strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes.
• Expertise in organisation design and workforce planning.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior leaders and unions.

Responsibilities

• Define future operating model including role design and cost analysis.
• Manage consultation, redeployment and organisational change processes with legislation and unions.
• Support leadership through transition and ensure learning and development, reward and workforce planning are in place.
• Collaborate with Change Lead to coordinate communication and upskilling across the organisation during system implementations.
