The role requires full qualification or progression as a part-qualified accountant, strong knowledge of UK accounting standards, and advanced Excel with experience in Sage. A proactive communicator will thrive in this position.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified (CCAB, CIMA, ACCA) or making strong progress as a part-qualified accountant.
• Solid understanding of UK accounting standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Posting and reviewing month-end journals, including accruals and prepayments.
• Conducting detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Managing stakeholder communication and acting as a dedicated finance business partner.
